Module 3: The Trusted Visionary

Trust-Centered leaders are capable of earning, strengthening, and even restoring trust with the teams they captain and the customers they serve.  Versed in the Four Facets of Trust-Centered Leadership (Credibility, Consistency, Caring, and Connection), these leaders are equipped with crucial and practical skills to effectively lead themselves, to lead others, and to lead at scale.

The second module of the Trusted Leader Lab is called The Trusted Partner.

You’ve learned how to trust yourself as a leader, and how to build trust with others.  The third and final module of the Trusted Leader Lab is called The Trusted Visionary, where we’ll dive into how to build trust and lead at scale.

This module will cover:

The Syllabus

Our schedule looks like this:

Week 0 – Onboarding

In this half-week, we’ll meet together, get to know the cohort more and meet our accountability teams, recap from the last two modules, and prep for the upcoming month.

Week 1 – Credibility

Now that you’ve built credibility with yourself and your team, we’ll focus on facing the fears that go along with leading at scale, as well as learning how to trust others and build a diverse, inclusive, and empowered team rather than a group of individuals.

Week 2 – Consistency

This week we’ll lean heavily on the work you’ve done in Modules 1 and 2 as we’ll discuss reputation building and what it means to go first and really embrace your role as a leader.

Week 3 – Caring   

Focusing on the power of different perspectives and your team, we’ll explore what it means to create spaces of belonging (vs. those of inclusion), and really unleash the power of others.

Week 4 – Connection

In our final full week of the Lab, we’ll work through how to connect at scale through the power of storytelling, public speaking, and a complete reframe of what it means to sell. 

Week 5 – Offboarding

As we exit the program, in this half-week we will focus on tools and resources to support you in your new role as a Trust-Centered Leader, as well as maximizing your potential of reaching your leadership goals long-term.
